In this 60 minute interactive workshop we tackle the topics of stress and resilience – learning how to broaden and build the inner resources to strengthen your resilience. The expert will introduce the hallmarks of resilience character, and provide proven techniques for building your resiliency skills. You will take a quick questionnaire to identify how resilient you are and then we’ll discuss ways to strengthen yourself against the vicissitudes of life. Finally, we will discuss the technique that everyone’s talking about: Mindfulness! You will get to experience a simple and practical meditation that you can conveniently practice throughout your working week to help reduce stress and strengthen resilience. You will walk away from this workshop equipped with the skills to approach your daily tasks with greater clarity and a stronger sense of equanimity.
